Annual General Meeting 2020

The Entomological Society of Ontario will hold a virtual Annual General Membership via Zoom on Sunday, November 15th, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
Links to join the zoom meeting will be distributed via email to all the active members of the society by Saturday, November 10th.

Call for ESO Video Presentation!
We are sad to inform the membership that ESO 2020 is cancelled due to the pandemic. The Board decided against a virtual meeting. However, there is good news!
The Board would like to encourage participation in the ESO and to have a different type of “meeting”. We encourage students, early career researchers, and others to create 5 minute videos/lightning talks about their research. These presentations will be uploaded, all at once, to the ESO YouTube channel for viewing.
There will also be a student competition. The student with a combination of content, most views and most likes on their video will be awarded a prize.
The deadline for submission of your video is 1 October 2020 by midnight, which also has to include:
The winner will be announced on 15 November 2020 which will also coincide with our AGM!
