Celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Entomological Societies of Canada and Ontario, the 2013 JAM was held in Guelph, Ontario, October 20-23, 2013.

This year's ESO AGM was held at the Bonnenfant YMCA/YWCA Outdoor Education Centre in West Carleton, September 28 - 30, 2012. 
ESO 148th Annual General Meeting 2011
This year's ESO AGM was held at Brock University in St. Catharines, October 21 - 23, 2011. While the meeting promised to be a full weekend of entomological presentations and information, the Niagara region holds many other experiences awaiting discovery. Situated on the southern reaches of the Niagara Escarpment (a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve), Brock University is surrounded by natural habitats, agricultural areas, and many popular attractions to visit. Short Hills Provincial Park is a 15 minute drive to the south of Brock campus, some of Canada’s most successful wineries are within touring distance, and the majestic Niagara Falls are only 20 minutes to the east. Insects are a vital part of society, and this year’s meeting hopes to be a truly social gathering for entomologists of all disciplines.
